Bryan and Suzanne were excellent in every phase of our home sale. Bryan has extensive experience and was a valuable resource in the months leading up to putting our home on the market. He helped us find service providers to ensure our home was in top condition and followed up on every process question that came up. His detailed knowledge of our neighborhood allowed him to provide a very accurate valuation for our property and the marketing plan put together by Bryan and Suzanne led to a quick sale. They followed up on every detail, offered assistance and service that went beyond our expectations. In my opinion, they set the standard for excellent customer service.

I recently worked with Bryan Fix of John L. Scott Realty to purchase a home in Vancouver, WA. I’m giving him 5 star ratings across all categories. Here’s why: Bryan has over 40 years of realty experience and applies it on a daily basis to support his clients’ success. I’ve purchased and sold 10 homes since 1992, and can say with total confidence that Bryan’s technical knowledge is unsurpassed. Examples include residential realty laws, regulations, policies, and the total process itself. Negotiating from beginning to end and facilitating each sequential step to buying and selling homes are illustrations as well. Bryan’s knowledge and insight to the full geography and different communities across Clark County, also allowed him to deliver and discuss a broad range of options with me. Through this same experience, Bryan has developed a tremendously useful network and obviously positive, professional set of relationships with businesses and other resources that support the overall process, including post purchase. Examples include title companies and their employees, home inspections companies, and all forms of other service companies to help you maintain, fix, remodel, and/or improve your home. Just as good, if he doesn’t have a reference, he’ll know where you can find one. Of last note and essential to me in buying and selling a home: Bryan is the consummate professional in all regards. Two examples stand out most for me. First - In addition to always negotiating on your behalf and in your best interests, he informs, guides, instructs, and clarifies on each and all parts of the transaction. Throughout the process, he never “pushes” or tries to sell you, but instead helps you make well informed decisions. Second - Communication. Bryan would always take my call if he was available to do so and if not, would do everything possible to reach me in a timely manner. This included being proactive, as there were countless times when Bryan contacted me in advance of a decision, action, or choice that needed to be made. His assistant, Suzanne (also a 5 star rating!), was also purely consistent and timely in initiating and coordinating documentation, resource references, ownership information, and in communications with the loan and title companies. As a result, at no time was I caught off guard or creating an unwanted delay in the process. Bryan is the best Realtor in Vancouver, Wa. Bryan is very professional but also personable, providing outstanding service. He and his assistant work very hard to sell your home in what has become tougher market. He recommended the services of an interior decorator who helped us stage our home, making it look like a model home. He is known for providing excellent snacks during open house, so people stick around. In addition he takes a broad approach to marketing both on the internet, flyers and media blasts to other Relators to move your home quickly. Once the house sold Bryan was on top of all of the paperwork making it a breeze. He even attended our signing with the escrow Co. Bryan goes above and beyond to sell your home and to make the experience a very positive one. You will be happy you chose Bryan to buy or sell your home.

Bryan and his assistant Suzanne did a wonderful job selling our home. Given the increase in mortgage rates and a softening market, they came up with a sound marketing strategy that still got us top dollar and a quick sale. We also used his complimentary staging service with Stevette and her feedback on staging our home was invaluable. They always acted with the utmost professionalism, responding to emails/texts promptly, and relaying information as soon they are available. I can't say enough good things about both of them. Every city or neighborhood has a "go to" agent, and Bryan is without a doubt the person to call if you’re selling or buying in East Vancouver/Camas. In this particular case First Place. Nobody knows First Place better than Bryan let alone his marketing plan. If you were to compare as in our case Bryan's marketing plan and another home, the presentation photos our home sold with 6 firm offers the first three days, that other home is still on the market. Enough said. As a person Bryan really reaches out and takes you in from listing to settlement.

Bryan was helpful throughout this process and informative. We had a lot to do to get the house ready and he provided solid recommendations and suggestions. Once the house was ready he took charge and I felt confident we were being taken care of and our home respected. Every detail was paid attention to and addressed in a professional manner. I was in the loop and notified about everything. I always knew our best interests were being taken into consideration.
